Had it for a month now, and its been doing just fine. I noticed I needed more USB-A ports than I did USB-C ports, so I’ve relegated this to work instead of at home.Has been charging all my personal and work devices just fine. Had two powerbanks (RAVpower PD Pioneer, one 20000mAh with 30W input, the other 30000mAh with 60w input, both had about 40% batt. left) fed from the two USB-C PD at the same time, as well as a Sony Xperia (about 7.5W) and LED light-bar (4.5W) being fed from the USB-A all at the same time. This is over 100W so im guessing it lowered the power to some of the devices to not go over 100W total. Anyway the SIIG charger did get very warm. Not hot enough that I couldn’t leave my hand on it, but quite warm regardless. Doing this is very rare for me anyway so I don’t see myself doing it a lot, but I did want to test it to make sure it was at least possible.Have also used it with a 2021 Dell XPS 45W and a Lenovo T480 with MX150 (65W), as well as a Steam Deck (45W) and they all have been able to charge at their respective maximums with no fuss.Pros:-Plenty of power for 2 small laptops or one large laptop with leftover for USB-A devices-Does not get dangerously hot-Ports do not momentarily lose power when plugging things in and out like other brands I’ve had-Good build quality-Uses standard figure-8 power connector cable-Decently portable for the amount of power you get-PPS to improve efficiency-Unintrusive looking black boxCons:-I would trade the second USB-C for a third USB-A port-The blue LED on the front is subtle but too bright for a bedroom-No rubber-feet so it slides around-I would feel better if there were some ventilation holes, but I’m not a electrical engineer..-The plastic is slippery and some parts are shiny; a bit cheap lookingReally the only reason to choose this over many other competitors is the inclusion of PD PPS at up to its maximum supply, and sold by a more or less reputable brand. One big pro for me as ive mention before, is that the ports do not lose power as you plug in devices. i.e. if you have two USB-A devices charging, unplugging one doesn't affect the other. This becomes annoying with my LED light bar that turns off when i unplug another device, and then manually turn it back on. Thankfully this does not happen with this SIIG charger.We will see how long this thing lasts; i'll be sure to update if it fails in the next year or two.
