Product came in the time said and unharmed. It is what it is advertised as. Only problem I saw was;1. Battery charger looks cheap. (for the price it could have been better made)2.There is a case, albeit too small. While you can squeeze, push and prod the HB Photosmart 735 Camera into it, I wouldn't suggest it. But the case can be used for the batterycharger, other two extra batteries, cleaning wipes, ears wabs and the usb cable. Maybe that's what the case was actually for? Probably, but I was thinking when I purchased this, that the case would be good for the camera.
