My headlights were bad, they had that frost over them, we put these in and my car looks brand new! They are bright but I do not think they are too bright to annoy others Also easy to installThey worked great and look awesome. but the price was high.These make my car look so much fresher and newer.I have a 2013 charger and the light are so yellow and dim plus they scratched and and became so old oolong so fast compared to the cars body style and image.Adding these made the car look so much more appealing again.I also just had my state inspection done and they do pass in PA at least.easy install and great for price looks amazingThey look great on my charger BUT I expected they to be brighter then what they are. Definitely wish I had my LED ones back.No bright at all.A real pain the the ass to install and they didn't even come with turn signal bulbs. Really?I won't be buying anything again if this kind of crap is going to happen.Man these lights are the best I have seen. Easy to install and all you have to do is transfer the blinker bulb, parking bulb, and mounting bracket.
